All rights, title, and interest in Waftly — including its design, features, and content — are owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App or any part of it.

3. Local Data Storage

The App stores any user-entered information locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining your device’s security and for any data you choose to store within the App.

4. No Warranty

The App is provided “as is,” without any warranties of any kind. The developer makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including data loss or device issues.

6. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be made available along with Waftly’s Privacy Policy and will include a new “Last updated” date.
